"Everyone deserves a life that feels meaningful, even when much of life has been spent coping quietly or carrying pain inside."

Many people who reach out to me are thoughtful, capable, and have already spent time trying to understand themselves. From the outside, life may appear to be functioning well, yet internally there can be a sense of emotional fatigue, overwhelm, or feeling stuck in familiar patterns that persist despite insight and effort.

I often notice that thoughts, feelings, and actions are closely connected. When certain patterns remain unchanged, it is rarely due to a lack of effort. In my work, I take a thoughtful and analytical approach, looking beneath the surface to understand the root causes behind symptoms, so change can happen at a deeper level, not just on the surface.

My approach is person-centred and collaborative, placing you at the heart of the therapeutic process. I work flexibly, with care for cultural context, personal background, and what matters most to you, rather than following a fixed or formulaic method.

Being alongside people during emotionally significant moments has deepened my understanding of the importance of listening carefully, meeting each person where they are, and creating a sense of trust and safety. This continues to shape how I work today, guiding the way I support you toward your own therapeutic goals.

Alongside my work in clinical hypnotherapy, my practice is informed by an integrative psychotherapy perspective that draws from a range of evidence-informed therapeutic approaches. My work continues to evolve through ongoing professional development and engagement with contemporary research in psychotherapy and psychological wellbeing.

If you are considering therapy, you do not need to arrive with clarity or certainty. Often, the process begins simply with a conversation.
